Stopping recurring payments on your account

In order to stop recurring payments on your account, you have two options:

1. Go to your profile page.
2. Click the “Stop recurring payments” button underneath your card information and confirm your choice in the popup dialog.
   • The above steps can be done any time and this will stop recurring payments. It is advised that you only complete the next steps after October 1st of the year. See the warning below.
3. Change your membership level to “Individual/Family Membership: non-recurring”. To do this, you must first stop recurring payments (above). Once you have done this, you will have a link to “Change” listed next to your membership level in your profile.
4. Select the “Individual/Family Membership: non-recurring” option. It should be the only option available.
   • WARNING: When you change membership levels, you will be invoiced the full price of the membership. For this reason, it is best to change membership levels at the end of the year (after October 1st) to apply the membership to the following year. This way you will not be double-charged.
