Beloved Member Passes

Sun, 21 Nov 2021 17:14:59 GMT

Dear YVMS members,

We are sad to announce that Richard "Dick" LaFramboise, a long-time and beloved member of the Yakima Valley Mushroom Society, passed away on November 15, 2021.

Over the years, Dick has greatly contributed to the society by being a member of the board, as well as, attending and helping out with countless membership meetings, forays, and camping trips. At every event, he always had a smile on his face and a welcoming disposition. He will be greatly missed.

YVMS would like to dedicate a memorial page on our website to Dick LaFramboise. If you have any pictures, fond memories, or just a few words that you would like to share, please email us at yvms@yvms.org.

You can visit the following link to read Dick's obituary, offer condolences, and see the details regarding his service on Wednesday, November 24th: https://www.brooksidefuneral.com/obituary/richard-dick-laframboise
